Swiss CxO Forum (SCF) is swiss non-profit community platform for CxO’s supporting and sharing knowhow with small & medium business enterprises to enable and accelerate their transformation process, following the prinicples of the UN’s sustainable development goals. CxO’s donate hours to guide and Mentor the ecosystem of Industry, Research, Academia, Startup’s for uplifting the performance and generate short, medium and long-term Sustainability values for the society.

Consulting

Advice and expertise to organizations to help them improve their business performance. Work can focus on operations, strategy, management, IT, finance, marketing, HR and supply chain management across a wide range of industries and specialisms.

Roadmap Design

A Innovation, transformation, product development roadmap is designed to track and communicate a product’s development initiatives and milestones. It covers a shorter time frame, only a couple of months, and agile organizations arrange it in sprints.

Seminars

Objective is to strengthen inter-company cohesion and reinforce internal links for a general sharing around the same values of society.

Mentoring

Mentors provide guidance, advice, feedback, and support to the mentee, serving variously as role model, teacher, counselor, advisor, sponsor, advocate, and ally, depending on the specific goals and objectives agreed with the mentee.

Upskilling

Upskilling and reskilling are important because they help an individual to grow personally as well as on the professional and academic front. They help a person to perform their job duties better and more efficiently, explore better career options as well as save the time and resources of a company.
